Some wintery finishes...



I have a few small finishes to share, I have been not feeling so well so in between resting I have been stitching when I feel up to it. My first finish is by LHN, it is called pine tree hill. I have decided to take up tackling doing the Prairie Schooler Christmas Alphabet. I have done A, B and C. It may take me a while to do these, but seeing as how small they are it will not take too much time to stitch. I know the finishing job leaves soemthign to be desired on the alphabets but seeing as they are just ornaments for my tree they will blend in just fine with everything else on my tree I think.     I love the LHN ornament! Just beautiful. And the PS ones are fabulous. C is my favorite.

    Thanks, I love C as well because I love anything that has cardinals on it. I have a small collection of cardinal ornaments that I have stitched.

    Your ornaments look great! Cardinals are one of my favorite birds, too. They were my grandfather's favorite football team (when they were in St. Louis) and his favorite baseball team. Hope you are feeling better.

    I'm sorry to hear you haven't been feeling very well, Kay...I hope things improve for you very soon. Maybe some nice spring weather (if we ever get it!) will help a bit.

    Your little LHN ornamnet is darling and I really look forward to following your progress on all 26 PS alphabet blocks.

    Your ornaments look great! I am working on the Christmas alphabet ornaments, too. I don't want to think about having to finish them!
