Last week on the 22th my father in law passed away at home. It had been such a long and difficult journey he had with many bouts of cancer that he fought each time, but this last battle was bigger than what he could fight. The months that had passed we knew we were on borrowed time and spent so much time at my inlaws, created new memories and kept reminiscing about old ones. The months that have passed were also difficult because as time wore on my father in law suffered greatly especially in the last three weeks. While it was hard to say goodbye I also know that now he is no longer in pain and suffering, but at peace now. I learned a lot this year and will continue to learn and hope that the lessons I learned I carry with me always. I realized greatly to love with all your heart and to not take for granted the moments in life, but to appreciate all that you have. The calling hours and funeral last week was a testament to the man my father in law was. There were so many that came to pay their final respects to a great man that led a great life. May he rest in peace.

Hi to my fellow followers! It has been months since I have updated my blog, but as always once a week every week I log onto here to see what my fellow stitchers are up to! Thank you so much for the kind words and emails concerning my absence. It seems most of the time anymore there are long gaps in between the next time I post and this time will be no different either. Been a long bumpy road since November. My father in law has been battling cancer for the last few years. It came back for the third time in November, although this time it is terminal. He has brain cancer. We have been spending a lot of time over at my inlaws house to help out my husband's parents and be there for them as much as possible. It has been a very difficult time for our house these months that have passed with watching Mike's dad losing his battle little by little each day. In between all the sadness my son James has been having a year of positives. June 7th he graduates from high school. He has decided to go to college locally for a few years before looking into going to college out of state. A few weeks ago he finally got his driver's license! So he has been not home a lot of the time because he is enjoying his freedom and also spending a lot of time at his grandparents house. I have been stitching, since January I have been doing a lot here and there. I usually take my stitching with me when I go to my inlaws to pass the time away at times. I am hoping to post an update soon of what they look like finished up to my liking. Be back soon and of course I always love to see what everyone has been up to!

I had realized it has almost been a year since I have posted, but as my friends know even though I have not posted it does not mean I dropped off either because I have made sure to at least keep up to date with all my friends to see what everyone has been up to! Since my last post a lot has gone on that has kept me away for many reasons. Back in March my son got his drivers permit, he is in the process of taking driving school classes and then get his license! Back in the spring we also had to say goodbye to our beloved family dog Strider, He had been battling mouth cancer for months and despite all that we did the cancer was too aggressive for him to fight it so we decided with heavy hearts to say goodbye. That was a hard day for the family, our pets are our furry children, his absence is felt around here still. For some of my friends that had been inquiring, My husband's father is doing much better as well! He is currently cancer free and just taking each day as it comes. In August my son turned 16 and he started school about a month ago, He is a senior this year, so all of a sudden the reality of my first born baby graduating in the spring and starting his future is something that I think of a lot! But as a mom to me these are the moments that I live for as well, watching my son grow through the years into the young man he has become has been life's greatest reward for me! The thought of being an empty nester in the future is something I am slowly working on preparing myself for, but for now I am enjoying each day and keep encouraging my son to keep up the great work. In the time I have been away I have been stitching as well. Little by little in the months that have passed I have been stitching when I had the time to do so! My first finish I am so proud of and I got it done in time for Halloween!! It is called, Halloween, night of Revelry by the Primitive Needle. I love how this came out! My second finish is called Love, by Homespun Elegance, I did not think to take a picture but I also stitched this in mint green on a hand towel for a friend that got married. My third finish is by CCN, it is called season of love. My fourth finish is called Winter, but heart in hand. My last finish is called Tis Green by La D Da. The last picture I am sharing is of our beloved Strider. He was a great dog with a loving heart. Forgive the quality of the pictures, I took these on my phone. I currently do not have a working camera, I hope to get a new one in the winter! I am hoping to not be away as long as I have been. This year has been something else and I know that with my son graduating this year it will have many moments of being busy as well. Thanks for stopping by!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-44678914235565265832013-02-03T03:05:00.002-08:002013-02-03T03:05:39.400-08:00January was a stitchy month for me

Life has been so very busy for some time now for me, but this month that had ended I have been finally having many down moments where I can just sit and stitch! Thank you to all for the well wishes for my husband's father. He is home now, still doing the physical therapy and starting chemotherapy on Monday for the skin cancer that he has been battling for a while now. I have 3 finishes to share! I am happy to say that I have been stitching this week, so I am hoping to have another update very soon as well! The taller finish is called Liberty Tree, it is supposed to be stitched in red white and blue, but I did not want to do that so instead I stitched it all in green. Of course any LHN fan will know that the gingerbread tree is from LHN, I am currently working on another LHN finish that is gingerbread themed as well. The last finish is the Prairie Schooler alphabet, I decided that I wanted to do this for everyone in my house and stitch name ornaments using the PS alphabet. I decided that when this year started I was going to try my hardest to stitch my presents for Christmas throughout the year so that way when the holidays came upon us I would not be so stressed trying to do it all in a small time frame. As always thanks for stopping by and for all of your kind words!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-27264485715232887942013-01-02T04:15:00.002-08:002013-01-02T04:15:43.874-08:00Happy New YearI realized I have been a way for so long here, but I have been checking in with my fellow bloggers to see what they have been updating on their blogs. I have been stitching in the months that I have been away, but not so much. Life right now has gotten more in the way than anything. Our holiday season here was good, as always so much to do before the big day and then it comes and goes just like that! A lot of illness between myself and my husband's father has kept me away. My husband's father has been battling cancer for almost a year and had surgery the day after Christmas, but a few days after the surgeries he had, he suffered a stroke. He is paralyzed on the left side and will have to live in a rehab facility for a while to learn the basics that come so easily to us. Needless to say the last year with all that we have been through it has been challenging and a huge struggle. With it being a new year though I am so very much hoping that this year is kinder to my family and household....
Before I forget I wanted to share photos of what I have been doing stitchy wise! The one finish is somewhat a Prairie Schooler finish. I used the pattern from Birdsong 1, but because I was on a time crunch to get this done, I had to shorten this up since it was a Christmas gift for my sister and I was truly working until the last minute! My second finish is by Brittercup designs. I love the cat designs that are always coming out for Christmas! My third finish is something that has importance to it.... on Thanksgiving eve at my local library I signed up to enter the annual cross stitch contest they have every year in December. For years I have wanted to enter, but held back out of fear of not being good enough, but this year I said to heck with it! It will be on display for a few more days before the top 3 entries will be chosen. The contest every year is sponsored by a little cross stitch shop here in town. The 3 winners will get a gift card to go shopping in her store. By the way this is called Gentle Harvest by cross eyed cricket. The last little finish was a little something that I made for my friend. With that said wish me luck! I had seen some entries at the cross stitch show that even took my breath away. I just am excited to see my finish on display, so if I do not win it will be ok! With that said Happy New Year! May this be the year that brings all we wish and so much more.Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-75610946210275537122012-08-30T00:59:00.000-07:002012-08-30T00:59:00.232-07:00Summer is almost gone for another year..

It has been almost a few months since I have been here to post. I have been stitching and keeping busy. I have a lot of patterns off to the side that I want to work on, will see how successful I am on that one, I do a lot of wishful thinking! My son started school this week, he started grade 10. The years have gone by fast! I am sharing a picture of my son on his first day of school. I also have a few finishes to share. I had stitched up a few small cards as gifts for friends, they were quick and simple to stitch but cute as well! I have a Halloween finish as well by La D Da, I got it from the Just cross stitch Halloween edition that I got back in January at the library book sale. Thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone's summer has been a good one!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-54953165271808431652012-07-04T13:04:00.000-07:002012-08-01T02:33:21.830-07:00Finally a few finishes after being away for a while

I realized it has been a few months since I have been online to my blog. Not much going on really, just have been moving at a turtle's pace with my stitching. My oldest son James has been out of school for a month now. We got through the freshman year! Come next month when school starts again he will be in 10th grade, the years have been flying by with him it seems. This summer James has been doing practice driving in secluded areas as well. Other than that not too much else going on in my household really to speak of. In the last few months I have been stitching and I have 3 finishes to share. All of my finishes are from the Just cross stitch Halloween issue from 2011 that I checked out from the library. Since I realized my local library has sewing magazines to check out I have been checking magazines out left and right! My first finish is called Witch's hat by The Stitchworks, the second finish which I am quite fond of is Witchy Kitty by Brittercup designs and then my third finish is called a crow's pick by Knotted Tree Needleart. For every holiday and season I have a tree up that I put my ornaments on and these are all made to go on that tree when it is time to start decorating for Halloween! I hope everyone that stops by my blog has a lovely holiday and week ahead and thanks for stopping by!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-4479079799084783822012-05-12T05:34:00.000-07:002012-05-12T05:34:10.854-07:00After a bit of time away I finally have some finishes..

I have had some non stitchy time for a while, but finally decided to pick up my sewing needle finally after many bouts of being ill I decided I wanted to get stitching again. I love going to my local library because they always have so many cross stitch books and magazines that I love to begin with. I had checked out the December 2011 edition of Just Cross Stitch magazine and found these 2 beautiful designs that I knew I wanted to stitch! The first finish is from a four seasons sampler, I stitched the winter portion of the sampler, the designer is Sally Hesketh. My second finish is called A Winter's Night by Kathy Schmitz. I had checked out another JCS magazine as well that I am going to be going through next, it is the Halloween edition and there is lots of goodies that caught my eye! Until next time, happy stitching!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-33470207677585263842012-03-29T09:47:00.003-07:002012-03-29T09:55:45.312-07:00A few small finishes...

Not too much stitchy stuff to speak of. My finishes are all small ones, but I like the way they turned out as well! These pretty stitched letters I got from the 2009 cross stitcher magazine. As you can tell the K is for my name Kay, J is for my son James and M is for my husband Mike. I made another little one as well for my friend whose name begins with a K also. The ones I made for here are going on the Christmas tree come Christmas. I also have a small prairie schooler finish as well as you can tell to ring in the fact that it is spring! Now that it has been officially spring as of late the nice weather seemed to go elsewhere. Been cold and this will be the second night in a week of having a frost. So that should tell you that it is cold! Easter is right around the corner and with that it means spring break will begin next week as well in my household. so it means family get togethers and teenagers sleeping over, lol. So needless to say by next weekend my hands will be full. As always thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone has a great Easter.Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-42878964803585206012012-03-14T04:05:00.003-07:002012-03-14T04:10:29.292-07:00Finally some finishes!

I realize it has been about 2 months just about since the last time I have been here really. I decided to break into my stash of amazing magazines and patterns that I got from the library book sale about a month ago. My 2 finishes are from the 2007 JCS Christmas ornament issue. My first finish is by Little by Little Design Co. it is called Merry and bright. I love how this came out because the color scheme I think is colorful and bright! The reason I have the floss in the picture is because I had gotten this for Christmas in a floss swap I did and I wanted to show off how lovely the white floss looks that I used. It was by Ozark Sampler and it is called Goat's Milk. The cute little reindeer was a quick stitch. This is by Glory Bee it is called Rudy. As always thanks for stopping by and for your kind words! With it being winter it is cold and snowy out so needless to say more days are spent at home inside where it is warm so I have been stitching my time away. I managed to get a few finishes from from the JCS Christmas ornament issue from this year. The first finish is by Brittercup designs. This one I had to stitch because the kitty reminds me of my cats and how they love to sleep under the tree every year. The next finish is by Lizzie Kate. I know the year is a bit dated, but I had wanted to stitch this for some time and it is such a quick and simple finish. When I look back at the years it does not seem like it has been 16 years since I have been with my husband, but if I have a son that is going on 15 in August then it really has been that long. Time just seems to move on too fast! The last finish is also from the JCS issue. It is by Country Cottage Needleworks. I have seen a few stitch this and the original colors are pink and blue that are used, but that just really does not go too well with everything that is in my tree so I decided to be a rebel and stitch the colors that would blend in better with my tree. As always thanks for stopping by and for your kind words!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-89943018753291840062012-01-09T00:14:00.000-08:002012-01-09T00:25:50.127-08:00Happy New Year!

I have a few small finishes to share. The pictures I took do not do my work any justice though. I made 2 Victorian looking snowflakes from a cross stitch book that I checked out of the library by the Needlecraft Shop. I also have gotten another small finish done from the JCS Christmas magazine. This one is by Niki's creations. I am loving the Christmas edition of this magazine, so many designs I want to stitch so little time! I hope everyone had a good holiday season. Ours was a lovely holiday and a quiet one as well. Could not ask for more than that. Last year in our household brought a lot of bad times and sadness, so even though I was slightly panicking over the end of a year and the start of a new one on New Years Eve, I also am ready to get this year under way and work on leaving last year far behind. The other day I went to my local library because every January and August they have a book sale. I always go on the last day because the last day of the sale it is 1.00 a bag, so needless to say I walked out with 2 bags and 1 huge box for 3.00! My biggest find of the day at the library sale I was so thrilled about! The box I got was filled with nothing but many cross stitch magazines from Stoney Creek, to Just Cross Stitch, Cross Country Stitching and so much more!!! I am so thrilled with myself and cannot wait to start rummaging through my magazines!! As always thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone's holiday season was a good one!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-59726536629935226512011-12-18T02:54:00.000-08:002011-12-18T03:05:37.821-08:00Finally some finishes!

I realized it has been a little over a month since I have shared anything with any one. I have been keeping busy, maybe not busy enough. The holidays have been keeping me busy like I am sure everyone else is as well. Our Thanksgiving went well. I had everyone over at my house this year to celebrate. Christmas day is ours though to spend at home just the 3 of us. I look forward to that! I have 3 finishes to share. One is by Little House Needleworks, the next one is a prairie schooler design as you can tell it is winter themed. The last one is by the Sampler girl. I am hoping soon to get back into my stitching again actively, more so than I have been. Thanks for stopping by and for taking a peek! I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. I hope your holiday season is blessed. I would have loved to get this latest finish done sooner but just could not push myself to pick it up on a daily basis like I wanted to, but I have to say I am happy with the results as well! My newest finish is by Lizzie Kate and it is called Christmas is forever. With Thanksgiving being a week away already, I am hoping to fit in some stitching time as well here and there, but we will see. I am having both sides of the family over next week so I need to get my house ready for company. October 25 I celebrated 14 years of marriage with my husband. I met him when I was 18 and I have been with him ever since. Together we have a smart alec but good 14 year old son that has turned into a fine young man and has grown before our eyes. While my second child was not meant to happen for us, we hope that the future holds a lot for us including another child. As you can see I had my son before we got married so he was at our wedding that day. Despite all the ups and downs though I would not change much about the good times and bad times we have had over the years.
I have a few more small finishes to share, these were so very quick to stitch and fun as well. I have started to do some wintery / Christmas stitching. The first design is a LHN pattern called Pine Tree Inn and the second one is by Cherry Wood Designs and it is called Wild Snowman.

I hope everyone has a good week and as always thanks for stopping by and for your kind words.Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com10tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-21119209123987341292011-10-17T22:09:00.001-07:002011-10-17T22:17:58.988-07:00Been a while...

It has been a while since my last post. A lot has been going on that I am not ready to talk about yet. I have been stitching here and there though. When I look at what I did with my stitching I know I have been keeping busy but it does not seem like I have been. I have a Halloween and a Christmas finish to share. The first one is of Halloween of course! It is by Bent Creek and it is called Spooky Row and the next one is by Lizzie Kate of course! On a personal note my teenage son and his girlfriend went to Homecoming earlier in the month. We were so thrilled to see him go. They both looked wonderful and had an awesome time. My baby is not so much a baby anymore, lol. Not much else to do at the moment so may as well keep my hands busy! The first finish is From Prairie Schooler called Autumn. My second finish I have wanted to do this for a while so I finally grabbed it out of my to do pile and tackled it. It is a Lizzie Kate called Hats off to Halloween. My last finish is a Christmas finish that was so quick and simple to make I was done with this one in 2 days. It is by JBW Designs. It is called Holly Noel. Not much going on in my house to speak of as of late. it is starting to look like fall though in Ohio. Friday is the first day of fall and already when I walk around I can see the leaves changing colors and the weather is cooler, which I love! I love Autumn and Winter. They are my favorite seasons. My son is still adjusting to high school. Seeing as he is a freshman this year he is quickly discovering that there is a lot expected of one with all the work he has to do on a daily basis. He seems to be holding strong though! In a few weeks mid term reports go home so hopefully it all looks good! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to leave comments, they are always appreciated!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-63672714797642127522011-09-03T07:31:00.000-07:002011-09-03T07:37:42.970-07:00Some Halloween finishes
Been a little while since my last post, but as you can see my hands have been busy with my stitching. My first finish is by La De Da. I have seen other ladies who made this in the past and just knew that someday I would have to stitch this for myself. Now I did! The other 2 finishes are Prairie Schooler finishes of course! Not too much going on in my neck of the woods. It is Labor Day weekend here, so really not much to speak of as far as plans. My husband has to work all weekend so just me and my mopey teenage son, lol. He starts school on Tuesday morning and is not looking forward to the fact that summer will be done for him. For all my friends out there, I hope you have a good and safe and fun holiday weekend! As always thanks for stopping by!
Not too much has been going on in my neck of the woods as of late, just been staying at home where it is cool and stitching a lot. I already have my next project lined up that I want to do and wouldn't you know it, it is another LHN design! There just are too many cute designs to choose from. I am feeling much better now, just waiting for this baby to say he is ready to come out because I know I am ready, lol. School will be starting soon for my son he is not looking forward to it, summer always goes by in a flash it seems. At least the weather has been great here in Ohio as of late not too hot if anything it has been cooler, I like that! Hope everyone has a great week and thanks for stopping by!
It has been a few weeks since my last post, been busy and productive for me. I managed to get a few finishes done as well in between taking it easy. I had dental surgery last week. I was supposed to get 2 teeth removed but only got one tooth removed that day. The doctor wanted to wait if possible after the baby is born so he is not putting unneeded stress on me and the baby. I was making myself nuts over nothing though, The surgery went well and within a day I felt better than I had in almost a month. I am pushing into my eighth month of pregnancy and the best word to describe how I feel is uncomfortable! Mix in the heat of the summer and it makes it even better, lol. On a lighter note, today is also my son's birthday. He turned 14. In less than a month he goes back to school, he will be a high schooler this year, all of a sudden everything is moving so fast.

My 2 finishes were simple but cute, the first one is by LHN and the other one is from a old magazine in my collection. It came from the magazine cross country stitching. As always thanks for stopping by and for your kind words.

I was hoping to get more accomplished this month than I have but at times life has a way of getting in the way and putting things on halt. I have not been feeling too well. Had a lot of dental issues related to the pregnancy, it all started with a chipped tooth and when I got to the dentist he said that I have 2 teeth that are bad off that they need to just come out, so next week I will be having those removed. Not looking forward to it though, in the last month I have been "freaking out" a lot and having panic attacks. So I am scared of having a few teeth pulled and worried that I will have a attack while there. My husband Mike will be there and will be taking the day off of work so he and my son can take care of the house that day. The last time I was pregnant I was 19, I am 34 this time and am finding out that this time around this one is taking so much out of me, because I am always tired and not feeling well.

My birthday was Friday the 22th. It was great!!! My son James got me a gift certificate to 123stitch.com which I already spent, lol. Mike got tickets for me and him to see the musical Chicago. We seen that a few days after my birthday. I loved the show. Was not sure I would like it but was nicely surprised when I got there. My guys helped to make sure it was a great day.

I do have a finish to share this one took me longer than usual because of the fact that I have had massive pain from the dental issues that I have it is hard to want to sit and focus on sewing or reading because the pain is bothersome. This is by Glory Bee, it is called Cabin Sweet Cabin.

Like most of us the heat has been something else in Ohio so I have been hiding inside a lot! Thanks for stopping by and for your kind words!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-61810530782127061932011-06-30T03:48:00.001-07:002011-06-30T03:50:47.278-07:00Finishing June with a few finishes
I have been keeping busy with stitching although not as much as I would have liked to do. I was hoping to make the birthday gift for my sister whose birthday was last week but I could not find the mojo to make anything that I liked for my sister so I caved in and got her a present at the store instead. I have however managed to get a few finishes done. The first one is by LHN and the other one is by Willow Ridge Designs. It is called Patchwork Christmas. As you can see from my finishes my mind frame is holiday oriented all of sudden. When summer gets here I like to do my holiday stitching between both Halloween and Christmas. I also was the lucky winner last week of the giveaway on my friend's blog. Mary T had a giveaway of the following design Sea to Shining Sea by Cross eyed Cricket. I don't have a picture of the design to show though. I am hoping to start working on this soon. My birthday is in less than a month and I have 4 designs that I want to tackle this summer if possible but I need to buy the threads needed to get started. Thanks for stopping by and for all the kind words as always!Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-43527883320704287492011-06-05T08:59:00.000-07:002011-06-05T09:11:23.554-07:00Finally... I love how it looks now but I was dragging my feet a bit as well with this. Of course no matter how many pictures I have taken of this it does not do it any justice at all as to how nice it looks. I had gotten this pattern from my Friend Mary T from our Christmas exchange, I have actually stitched 3 of the designs she sent me this year, because they just were too beautiful not too. This first one is by Cross Eyed Cricket it is called Gentle Harvest. I also have finally finished the PS Christmas alphabet! I am so pleased that this is done and plan on proudly displaying them better at Christmastime. With summer coming fast a lot of my stitching will be Halloween/fall and Christmas/ winter related. I want to say thank you so much to my friend Mary T for all the lovely designs she sent me, like I said I have stitched 3 of them that she sent, the first one was back in the winter by Hinzeit, the 12 days of Christmas, then LHN's red house in winter as the picture will show of the PS alphabet on display in the trees and then the cross eyed cricket design. I have some quick finishes to do right now for Father's day so it will not take me long. Most of the finishes this month that I will be showing off will be for gifts since Fathers day and my sisters birthday is all coming up in a matter of weeks now. As always thanks for stopping by and for all your kind words.Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4271220905908205110.post-33828928152056679612011-05-09T21:06:00.000-07:002011-05-09T21:19:46.711-07:00Too much time on my hands..

I have a few more finishes to share, since I have been a homebody anymore and I no longer work because I decided to quit a while ago since I had been missing so much time with my pregnancy, I had to make a choice because I knew that if I did not I would eventually lose my job anyway from all the time missed, so anymore I spend my days at home mostly and have been doing a lot of sewing and reading. For the longest time, I always had a to do pile on my coffee table and since the new year I have been slowly weeding through it all and I am happy to say that my to do pile has been getting smaller little by little, however a lot of my to do pile is cross stitch patterns that I just keep grabing from, if I have to stay home and not do much I might as well keep busy so I have been keeping my hands busy and then some! My first finish is from Bent Creek it is the May Blooms design. The second one is from my prairie schooler book that I got almost 2 years ago, the book is called Santa and friends, I made the second design from this book, last year I made another one of the designs from the book, all together there is 4 designs in the book, so I only have half way to go, my goal is to get the last 2 done in the coming months because I love how the first 2 have come out already!

Mothers day here was good, it was quiet and that is more than fine with me, a quiet day at home with everyone here is all I need and want and that is what I got, as well as breakfast in bed and dinner being made for me and a small online certificate to go shopping at 123stitch.com! I hope everyone had a good mother's day, and as always thanks for stopping by and for all your kind words.Kayhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12076900182917154202noreply@blogger.com6
